Delivery Information

All goods are discreetly packaged with no reference to either Enfettered or Generation F or the contents on the outside packaging. Credit card receipts will show the name Silver Beach Creations Ltd. Unless instructed otherwise, in which event non-delivery will be the customers responsibility, we ship using Royal Mail ‘signed for’ delivery or by courier where a tracking number is used to monitor the progress of the shipment.

We always aim to deliver orders within the timescale stated on our product page but as most products are hand made this may not always be possible. We are a growing business, we do not have a massive work force and pride ourselves on our products that are made in house. Consequently we sometimes fall foul of holidays, sickness, supply issues and volume of orders, we do our best ALWAYS.

Our Waiting Times can vary product to product, nearly all our bespoke and custom made, so we will not necessarily have them in stock.
